The Klairs Daily Skin Hydrating Water is a water-like hydrating toner, with no viscosity. A daily use toner, it can be applied during any season, by any skin type as its lightweight texture allows it to be quickly absorbed into the skin. This texture makes it ideal for layering more toner for dry or dehydrated skin, and for providing the ideal amount of hydration for oilier skin types.
The toner contains 45% of green tea water, which is full of antioxidants. It also helps calm the skin, sooth acne and breakouts, and fortify the skin's natural moisture barrier. It also contains Calendula Water and Coconut Palm extract, that have antioxidant properties to help repair the skin, and soothe it. They also deliver intense hydration, relieving dryness and balancing the oil-water content of the skin.
The toner can also be used as a cleansing water/toner wash, to rinse your face at the first step of your routine. It helps even out skin texture, and it can be layered for enhanced moisture.

How to Use
1. After cleansing, even out your skin texture using a cotton pad soaked in the toner.
2. Layer the toner where you feel extra dry by pressing lightly with a cotton pad or the palm of your hand.
