We ship all across India.

Our warehouse processes your order within 24 hours. Following this we take 3-5 business days to ship to you. 

Delivery pincodes in the North East States will take up to 7-10 business days.

Returns and exchanges

All of us at Limese try our best every day to delight our customers. We really hope that our products make you feel special and are a bright spot in your day.

However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan so if you are dissatisfied for any reason, we have a simple, "no fuss" return policy in place.

Product must be returned within 7 days of receipt. We only accept returns where less than 1/3rd of the product has been used, and with the original packing materials, so that return transit is safe for our delivery partners. Return policy does not apply to free gifts and promotional merchandise. We reserve the right to not honour return requests that we determine to be fraudulent/malafide and the decision of Limese in this regard will be final. Lastly, this return policy is only valid for products purchased directly from limese.com

In the rare instance that you are unhappy with a product, simply drop us an email at care@limesecos.com with your name, telephone number and a convenient time to call. One of our product advisors will call you to understand the issue better and provide you instructions on shipping the product back to us. 

We will process your request within 3 working days of receiving your product at our facility. The amount (less shipping & handling charges) will be refunded in the form of equivalent value store gift coupons that can be used on limese.com

Please note that cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

While we do take the utmost care while packing and shipping your product, there may be unforeseen issues that arise. If you have received your product in a damaged or defective condition - email us with your Order Number, Name, a picture of the product and its issue - at care@limesecos.com

Yes! We source all our products directly from the brands we work with. We are also legally certified to sell and distribute these products via the Indian governing body - CDSCO.
