Apply a proper amount onto lips, as required.
Note: You may experience tingling sensation due to the plumping effect depending on the state of your lips, which is common for lip plumping products (caused by Vanillyl Butyl Ether).

1. Dispense a pea-sized quantity from the tube onto your fingertip.
2. Gently tap along the orbital bone (eye socket) with your finger.
3. Repeat this step for both eyes.
4. Once the eye cream is completely absorbed, apply I'm From Rice Cream.
