The Moart Lab Low pH Foaming Oil Cleanser is a one-step product for those who prefer a minimal skincare routine. An oil-to-foam formula that turns into bubbles when the oil cleanser meets water. 

When applied to dry skin, it works as a makeup remover and breaks down waterproof makeup, sunscreen and buildup. On contact with water it turns into a water-based cleanser and removes residue, impurities and sweat. 

The low pH formula helps cleanse the skin without stripping it of its natural moisture, and your skin feels hydrated after cleansing.

I) Makeup Remover: 
1. Take a coin-sized amount onto dry hands and massage onto dry face.
2. Massage in circular motions to dissolve makeup.
3. Wash with water to emulsify and lather
4. Remove the rest of the makeup residue and rinse thoroughly.

II) Daily Cleanser:
1. Dispense a dime-sized amount onto wet hands and create a light lather.
2. Massage onto wet face and rinse.
