This is my first time using Niacinamide and this is the best. I have acne prone skin and this works wonders. I have been using this from so many days and I am not even half way through. Thanks to Limese connect was sending out so many samples as well. Love to buy more products.
One thing niacinamide is lightweight and absorbs quickly. It’s a huge bottle for the given price . I’ve been using it regularly and yet I’m not yet done with half of the bottle. Vitamin C doesn’t suit me, so niacinamide is my goto antioxidant ❤️
I got this niacinamide last year and it is the most affordable niacinamide I have found till date. It is a serum type texture and it sinks into skin immediately. I have acne prone skin and I layered this under my retinol. It really helped with my acne, fading acne marks and to soothe any inflammation from my retinol(which ive stopped using now and niacinamide helps me maintain acne free skin). But the most important thing it did for me was reduce my oil production. I've had oily skin ever since puberty hit and I never thought anything would make it go away. But this did! And it doesn't dry the skin out it is actually very hydrating.
I also use this to mix in any thick moisturizing creams to make them less greasy to use. I take a few drops and mix in my palm to get a emulsion like texture to thick creams. It works great that way too.
When I saw it online idk why i was expecting a glass bottle. Most skincare comes in plastic bottles anyway but yeah so if you are reading this and think it is glass, it is not. And thank god for that or I would have broken too many bottles of this so it is not a con for me. One more thing to note, I am very messy with application and if some of the liquid stays around the neck of the bottle, it crystallises after a day or two. This is harmless and doesn't mean the product has gone bad or anything but yeah this happens and it can happen with any serum. I've had it for a year now and I tried a different niacinamide from the ordinary in between so I stopped using it. My point is I still have some of this left and there are no growths no discolouration nothing.
In comparison to the ordinary, that serum didn't really help much with my acne marks but I didn't have many because this niacinamide made most of them go away. It is waay cheaper than TO and I like it better.
