This serum makes my skin soft, supple and a bit bright as soon as I apply it. Although pricey, this little bottle goes a long way. The consistency is like water and you have to be careful while applying it so it doesn't get wasted. The blue tint disappears as soon as it sinks into the skin. While the immediate effects are marginal, I will have to use it for a little while more to see long term effects.
I have an oily skin so it really helps me especially during that time of the month (hormonal acne) and gives me that fresh look whenever my skin looks a bit tired or drained out. I use it 2-3 times a week alternating it between Beplain Multi Vitamin Ampoule and a retinol serum.
Bought Klairs midnight blue youth activating drop for the fourth time from limese but this time I feel duped because the serum is not the same colour and something is amiss.
Since I was using the old bottle from the past purchase I did not unpack the new serum until yesterday and to my horror when I did unpack it and pulled the dropper out I couldn't see the blue colour in my serum. It was just like water. I do not know how reliable this serum is now but I am mighty disappointed in the service this time. I have a sensitive skin and the fear of side effects after the use of the colourless liquid made me place the dropper back and pack the box as is, only to open it in the morning today to write this review. I may not be an expert in this but have done my research which does mention the viscosity and change of colour but midnight blue turning colourless is kind of unbelievable also because its base is acai berry it should be the same tinge. Not using this product and discontinuing orders from here.
